What is a 'pre-order' model and how does it work?
Hella Handmade Creations operates on a monthly pre-order basis. Each month, a new collection of exclusive items is available for a limited window. Once the window closes, our makers begin production, and your order is shipped within 3-4 weeks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since items are made-to-order, shipping typically begins 15-20 business days after the monthly sale event concludes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Yes! If you place multiple orders during the same monthly sale period, we can combine them and refund the excess shipping costs, provided the request is made before the sale window closes.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our beauty products, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your nail polishes and cosmetics 5-free or vegan?
Most of our featured makers prioritize 5-free, 10-free, and vegan formulas. Detailed ingredient lists and specific 'free-from' claims are listed on each individual product page for your transparency.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their home country upon arrival.
